From the Director of Young Grittleton

Dear Musicians!

I’m writing on behalf of all the coaches and students of Young Grittleton Chamber Music course. As you know, UK  Government restrictions to combat the Covid-19 outbreak meant that sadly our course was cancelled. We were really looking forward to welcoming you to St Mary’s School in Wiltshire, before joining together in Switzerland for the Festival of Chapels.

But, music always finds a way to win through!  Gwilym and I are working hard to ensure this opportunity for collaboration, friendships and music making happens next year.  Let’s all keep practising and look forward to finally meeting and playing together. I wonder what we should start with – Mendelssohn Octet anyone?
